Resolved Question: How strict is Humana health insurance with pre-existing conditions?

they'll send requests to your doctor's and ask that they certify they've never treated you for the condition.... If the doc lies, its fraud, and they can get into a lot of trouble. If they tell the truth, you get no coverage...

Call your insurance first, and ask if acne is considered a pre-existing condition on their plan. Not all diagnosis qualify as 'pre-existing'... I work in insurance, and we have a list of all diagnosis that apply... good luck.
